History

Platin Capital's present structure came about not through a single founding moment but through activities accumulating in different fields. Running from industrial manufacturing to financial advisory and from entrepreneurship to sustainable technologies, that line has stayed tied to a shared system of values at every step. The milestones below set out the group's development to date in order.

Milestones

  1. 2008

    Menpack

    Menpack, working in the field of industrial packaging solutions, was founded. With a structure developing bespoke packaging solutions for the transport and product safety needs of different sectors, the company became one of the group's longest-established activities.

  2. 2018

    Platin Capital Financial Consultancy

    Platin Capital İş Geliştirme A.Ş. was founded in Bursa. It began operating in financial advisory, working capital and investment finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate process management.

  3. 2022

    Istanbul Office

    Platin Capital opened its Istanbul office in order to broaden its service capacity and reach. The Bursa-based structure thereby became a wider advisory organisation operating in two cities.

  4. 2022

    Alpolimer

    Industrial plastics manufacturing joined the group structure with Alpolimer. Production capability was developed in plastic injection, thermoforming, and mould design and manufacture, broadening the group's expertise on the industrial side.

  5. 2023

    Platin Angels

    The Platin Capital angel investor network began operating in the entrepreneurship ecosystem under the Platin Angels brand. Bringing entrepreneurs together with investors, mentors and sector specialists, the network formed the group's entrepreneurship arm.

  6. 2024

    Harves Technology

    Activities in sustainable water management and rainwater harvesting technologies joined the group with Harves Technology. The modular Rainwater Wall strengthened the group's environmental and technological focus.

  7. 2025

    YAPA Construction

    Activities in the construction sector were structured under the YAPA Construction brand. With residential and industrial building projects, Platin Capital's field of activity extended into property development and construction.
